Any claim relating to faults, imperfections or quality non-compliance products, should be check by the costumer and will only be accepted within eight (8) days from the date of receipt of merchandise. 
Any complaint must be formalized in writing and must include the detail list of faults and imperfections, and whenever possible accompanied by illustrative pictures. When goods are moved by a transport company, a copy of the waybill should be attached.
